	Rajeev Priyadarshi, President & CEO
	Rajeev is the founder of PR3 Systems and is responsible for Strategic Planning and Leadership. Prior to starting PR3 Systems, he was consulting to various Fortune 500 companies in the Insurance and Options industry. He started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse Coopers in their MCS division and consulted for leading manufacturing companies. On the personal front, Rajeev is currently an active member of ToastMasters International and is the club president for toastmasters club TradeMasters in downtown Chicago. He holds a BS from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

	Alok Ranjan, Assistant VP (Technical Delivery)
	Alok is responsible for Technical delivery of all our commitments. Prior to PR3 Systems, he was consulting to various Fortune 500 companies in the Document Managements solutions and Tele-Communications domain. He started his career with Newgen Software (DMS) and before joining PR3 Systems, he has served Convergys(a TeleCom Billing Giant) for over three years. Alok is also taking care of our India operation. He is a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from, IIT Delhi.


	Ajit Kumar, Assistant VP (Offshore Co-ordination)
	Ajit is responsible for co-ordination of our offshore efforts. Ajit has a strong experience in Software Application Development & Implementation assignments with reputed global clients including onsite development and technical support. He brings forth strong domain knowledge of Telecom billing, Mediation, Service provisioning for different telecom business. Ajit has a BS in Computer Science from Hazaribagh University, India.

	Abhilasha Sinha, Assistant VP (Software Development)
	Abhilasha is responsible for all the software development work. Having worked with a great company like Infosys, she provides guidance to our development team in a manner that only she can provide. Her specialization in J2EE technologies is a great asset for us. She is Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Osmania University.
